WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once you place an order, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before it ships out.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our average shipping time is 7–15 business days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or extreme weather may delay delivery. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occur and are out of our control. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, shipping delays are the responsibility of the courier service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, no questions asked and no penalty. Just send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct details. We can update the address within 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, changes are not be possible.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?
We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us with the following:

  • Your order numbers
  • clear photo of the damaged item

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
According to our after-sales policy, you do not need to return the damaged product, you can keep it.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer refunds or reshipments for the following situations:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Poor quality or defective products
  • Incorrect items received

In these cases, you won’t need to return the item.
However, we do not accept returns, resends, or refunds for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply not liking the product. If a customer insists on returning an item for personal reasons, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our China warehouse, where it will be stocked for future use.
